Hello....

I’d like to introduce myself – I’m Sam Knight, Office Manager at Totus Care Ltd.

I started my career in Health and Social Care back in 2014 as a Care Assistant in domiciliary care. It didn’t take long for me to realise how rewarding and meaningful this work truly is. I later joined a supported living service as a Support Worker and worked my way up to Team Leader—roles that gave me hands-on experience and deep insight into the needs of the individuals we support.

Now as Office Manager, I’m proud to be part of the senior management team at Totus Care. I bring with me over a decade of experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of supported living services, and I truly value the relationships built along the way—with staff, families, and those we support.

Every day I aim to support the smooth running of our services and ensure our teams feel equipped and empowered. It’s a privilege to be part of a company that shares my values and puts people first.
