Hello....

I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself as the new Registered Manager for Totus Care. My journey into Health and Social Care began in 2011 after the loss of my mum. That moment changed the course of my life—I left my role in administration and became a support worker, driven by a desire to give back to my community and make a meaningful difference.

Thirteen years on, I’ve gained experience across Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, and Residential Care. For the past four years, I’ve proudly served as a Registered Manager, and I’ve never looked back.

I’m passionate about delivering person-centred care and driving quality across all our services. I hold several qualifications in Adult Social Care, including a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, as well as a QMS Auditing qualification. Over the years, I’ve collaborated closely with healthcare professionals, local authorities, and the CQC. I’m genuinely excited about the journey ahead—expanding our services and shaping the future of Totus Care Ltd together.
